Expedition 206 began in the United States, where three ambassadors were chosen to join Coca-Cola’s ‘happiness tour’ to the 206 countries where the product is sold.

The ‘Expedition 206 - Route to Happiness’ in Hong Kong is hosting two competitions, one for secondary school students aged 12 and above, and the second for the general public. Interested parties must submit a 206-word description with photos to showcase the happiness that is unique to Hong Kong. Video submissions are also accepted.

Through an online voting system and a final round with a judging panel, a winner from each competition will receive flights and hotel accommodation for the 2010 Shanghai Expo.

“A simple moment could bring us happiness in a complicated world. We hope this competition can provide an opportunity for people in Hong Kong to think about the uniqueness of Hong Kong,” said Clory Wong, marketing director of sparkling beverages, Coca-Cola China, Hong Kong & Macau Region.
