CAREERS MEDIA: Chan named VP, GM at China Entertainment TV

CETV has appointed Mr Ringo Chan as vice-president and general

manager, in one of the first executive appointments since Time Warner

announced its alliance with the network in June.



In addition, Ms Kathy McClure has been named VP of programming, Mr Peter

Ho as controller of network operations and Mr Vincent Chien as deputy

programming controller and executive producer.



Ms McClure will also continue as VP of programming for Turner

Entertainment Networks Asia.



Meanwhile, Mr Robert Gilby has been named executive director of business

development, and Ms Cynthia Hsu as director of business development for

Turner International Asia-Pacific, focusing on the digital media arena.
