Camella Homes calls creative pitch

MANILA - Camella Homes, the largest housing developer in the Philippines, has called a creative pitch with up to eight agencies in the running, including JWT, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis JimenezBasic, TBWA and Y&R.

Although the scope of work is unclear for now, briefings and presentations are due next week and sources have speculated that it might be a rebranding exercise or a thematic campaign for the property firm.

Earlier in the year, Vista Land, Camella’s holding company, had targeted 19 billion pesos (US$395 million) in sales for 2008.
