Borneo Motors changes agencies in expansion drive

Investing about SGD$30 million (US$23 million) to rebuild its flagship store, the company will also add another storey for its Lexus brand.

To push the Lexus brand more aggressively, Borneo Motors has handed the brief for its creative business from Saatchi & Saatchi to Tequila. It is not known when exactly the changeover will take place.

Champion Motors, which distributes Suzuki under the Borneo Motors umbrella, will be moved into the Borneo Motors premises, making space for their commercial vehicle brands in its old premises. The company is also exploring plans to acquire new franchises.
