Mokhnar will work closely with Jean-Paul Burge, CEO of BBDO/Proximity and president of Southeast Asia, and Danny Searle, chairman and chief creative officer.

Mokhnar joined BBDO/Proximity five years ago and was most recentlly the client services director for the SingTel business. She has been with the BBDO network for five years, firstly in Malaysia as account director and in Singapore later, overseeing Fonterra's regional business.

Burge praised Mokhnar for her abilities and said, "She is always a hand raiser, a radiator and a great team player. This new role will allow her to expand her responsibilities to cover the management of the agency well beyond account management whilst remaining in charge of one of our most important clients."

BBDO/Proximity Singapore has also seen Jonathan Teo (ECD), Jane Perry (head of Proximity Shop) and Jonathan Tay (business director) come on board earlier this month.
