Andrew Ho joins Face from Clear Ideas

HONG KONG - Co-creation agency Face has appointed Andrew Ho (pictured) as managing director of its recently opened operations in Asia.

In his new role, Ho will work alongside Daniel Tompsett, the global commercial director of Face Asia, who relocated to Hong Kong in the autumn.

Ho joins Face from his most recent job at consultancy director at M&C Saatchi-owned marketing and strategy agency Clear Ideas, where he led the firm’s North Asia operations.

Prior to this he worked as a planner at DDB Hong Kong & Guangzhou, and as regional strategic planning director of Saatchi & Saatchi Asia.

"For anyone who has worked agency-side, we all know how much any agency preaches innovation, insight and good marketing for clients, but are terrible at doing it themselves," Ho said. "Face’s attention to growing their own offering and culture is something I haven’t seen anywhere else".

Andrew Needham, founding partner and CEO of Face, added that Ho will work with clients to be "more socially intelligent by helping them understand and co-create with people at an individual, group and network level".

Face is an agency that works on new product development, concept generation, brand insight and positioning projects. In October, the company expanded to Asia with the opening of two new offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.
