SINGAPORE - The Singapore Prison Service (SPS) has called a creative pitch for an agency to handle its Yellow Ribbon Project 2013, a rehabilitation programme for ex-offenders.

The SPS wants to educate its target audience about the Yellow Ribbon Project and drive participation for the respective events. The scope of services includes online advertising, print, outdoor and publicity platforms.

The Yellow Ribbon Project has two key events, namely the Yellow Ribbon Prison Run and the Community Art Exhibition, with the aim of giving ex-offenders a second chance.

The closing date for the tender is 26 April.
