Taxi apps in Singapore jostle for brand loyalty

SINGAPORE - Belinda Chen (name changed) recently used the ComfortDelgro app to book a cab during peak hours. The driver of the cab, which arrived within a few minutes, made an unusual request: that she cancel the current booking and request an Uber taxi instead.
