Yahoo Indonesia Travel takes top spot in Indonesia

Comscore has found that for the month of November, Yahoo Indonesia Travel ranks number one in its travel category. In the category, the research company takes into account all airlines, online travel and agencies and other popular travel sites visited by Indonesian users.

The site was launched in May 2010 as an English language site, where users could compare prices on hotels, flights and car hire and find latest deals. It began to cater more to the local audience in September, with the inclusion of a travel features section in Bahasa Indonesia, bringing stories about destinations and travel experiences from content partners including CNNGo, UnearthingAsia, Travelife and DestinAsian.

Yahoo has other  travel properties in Asia-Pacific including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea.
