Erdogan was formerly a senior digital avertising executive at Channel Ten, where he managed digital and mobile campaigns and sponsorships from sale to post-analysis for shows such as Master Chef and Biggest Loser. He also worked with on-air and digital teams and production partners including Fremantle, Shine and outside clients to ensure sponsorships were executed and delivered to expectations.

James Zipeure, VeNA’s chief operating officer said that Erdogan would be in charge of managing the "increasing technology and product needs of both advertisers and publishers" at Vena.

“Online video will be the fastest growing medium over the next four years,” said Erdogan. “In 2013 we expect growth of 25 per cent in some markets, with others up to 50 per cent growth. VeNA is taking the lead in driving much of this growth and my new role across Asia-Pacific is a great opportunity.”
