Pret names new MD ahead of localisation drive

UK sandwich chain Pret A Manger has named Winne Law as managing director to replace Andrew Marshall, as it pushes ahead with its localisation strategy in Hong Kong. Lau, a former chef, will manage the restaurant's six branches in Hong Kong and head up its marketing and promotions.
