SINGAPORE – P&G has launched a review of its media in Southeast Asia to which three agencies, including Starcom and Carat, have been linked.

P&G is a major client for Starcom. Mediacom is also an incumbent on their media business in Asia-Pacific.

While strict NDA’s preclude agencies from commenting on the pitch, one source played it down saying that there are pitches happening all the time.

P&G’s media business is divided variously by product category, brand and geography.

Agencies were not at liberty to divulge which parts of P&G’s media business they handle, although it is understood that Mediacom is the AOR for the Philippines, while Starcom recently hired Aloysia Dian as business director to lead its P&G business in Indonesia.
