A media veteran of almost 24 years, Sin was previously GM of UM Hong Kong, division GM of JCDecaux Pearl & Dean's Digital Vision and GM of Carat Hong Kong. Within a few months, he has demonstrated exceptional business development capabilities that resulted in new wins and consolidation of existing business.

In his new role as CEO, Sin will take charge of OMD Hong Kong, overseeing the functions of planning, buying, trafficking and digital. He will report to Jackson Kwok, CEO of OMG in Hong Kong.

“The media landscape is changing like never before and talent is a key differentiator in evaluating success,” Kwok said. “With Roid, we have an enterprising leader who is more than capable of taking OMD to new heights of excellence.”

“I welcome the new challenge and look forward to driving OMD’s value proposition in the industry. Media is an exciting business that in a way touches the lives of many," added Sin. "It feels great to be a part of the industry and OMD and I’m looking forward to contributing to the success of the company."
