Oath has promoted Rose Tsou to head of international in a new expanded role, having previously been head of APAC.

In her new role, Tsou will oversee strategy growth and direction of Oath’s media business across APAC, Latin America and EMEA, as the company seeks to drive greater presence in non-US markets.

Tsou helped establish Yahoo in Taiwan, and then overall APAC operations after Yahoo was integrated with AOL to form Oath. As head of international, Tsou will also be responsible for greater cooperation across the three regions she will manage.
