Miramar Group appoints wwwins for digital

HONG KONG - Isobar's interactive marketing agency wwwins Consulting has been named the digital agency for the Miramar Group, charged with upgrading the hotel group's corporate website and the site of The Mira Hong Kong ahead of the hotel's grand opening in August.

Miramar Group appoints wwwins for digital
According to the agency, the content on Miramar’s corporate site will span all of the group’s hotel businesses in Hong Kong and China, as well as its travel and dining ventures. For The Mira, wwwins will construct and design the main site and build a room reservation system.

The agency will also manage integrated email marketing campaigns for The Mira hotel via targeted eDMs sent to site members, the first leg of which will also launch in August.

According to Chris Ryan, managing director of wwwins Consulting Hong Kong, hotel sites are especially important entities for hospitality groups as customers conduct research on the websites and plan their trips according to their findings.

“If designed and built with the customer at heart, a hotel website can be a money-making machine,” he said in a release. “Investing in optimising that experience means that qualified leads turn into sales.”
