Ministry of Education calls media analysis pitch in Singapore
According to the MOE tender document, the one-year contract requires the winning agency to evaluate coverage of educational issues in the local newspapers published in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.

The agency is to submit one detailed report every six months covering two periods from January to June and July to December.

Through the reports, the MOE aims to track the outcome and success rates of its media relations strategies.

MediaConnect Asia and Media Monitors recently competed for the Casino Regulatory Authority media monitoring account, with the latter emerging as the winner.

Media Monitors was also conferred two awards by UK-based International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication last November for its work for Shell Companies in Singapore.
