Goh will report jointly to GroupM CEO for Singapore Jon Thurlow and Maxus Asia Pacific CEO Neil Stewart.

She joins following a four-year stint at Microsoft, where she served as corporate and business communications lead.

She has more than 16 years experience in the technology and marketing field, holding local and regional marketing roles at telecom operators such as SingTel, M1 and phone manufacturer, Motorola.

Stewart said Goh was selected following an extensive search within and outside the Group M network.

He said the Singapore business is now at a stage where it needs someone with local Singaporean experience as well as regional expertise.

“Lena joins an already diverse and dynamic team in Singapore, and I have full confidence in her leadership of this team toward a stronger growth trajectory,” he said.
