Globe Telecom names Havas Media Ortega as its digital AOR

MANILA - Globe Telecom, the Philippines’ second largest telecom company, has appointed Havas Media Ortega as its digital agency of record after a final three-way pitch.

It is understood that the pitch process involved two rounds, with six agencies invited to present in the initial round. It was the country's biggest digital pitch of the year in terms of disclosed spend.

Havas Media Ortega will handle the end-to-end creative and digital marketing business of Globe’s consumer business, in addition to the company’s corporate account, which it already holds.    

The incumbent on the business is believed to be Group M’s NetBooster, now known as Moven.
