Founder Group retains UM in China

BEIJING - UM has retained the media planning and buying business for Founder Group’s IT products and services, following an annual agency review,

UM began to work with Founder in early 2010. "We reappointed them following our annual review due to their outstanding media expertise, the success of our 2010 branding campaign, and their commitment to our success," said Wei Ya'ou, chief brand officer of Founder Group.

Simon Woodward, CEO of UM China, said Founder has been growing very rapidly, and the UM China team will continue to bring the best of its services to accompany this level of growth.

Founder Group started in China in 1986 as a business extension of the prestigious Peking University, which remains a close partner. The Group is diversifying beyond its core IT activities, into healthcare and other industries.
