Marine Debatte was described by her staff and industry peers as "persistent", "focused on long-term goals" and "a leader I've never encountered before; someone who gives respect to employees and importance to relationships and not just a boss who looks at the numbers or money side of things".
Auditoire China won Experiential Marketing Agency of the Year and Marine Debatte of BI Worldwide in Singapore was named the Event Person of the Year at the Event Marketing Awards, held Wednesday night (June 6) in Hong Kong.
Auditoire China took a total of 10 awards: two golds, eight silvers and a bronze.
The night's other big winners were:
- Ogilvy Beijing with four gold awards, plus one silver
- George P. Johnson) with three gold awards
- Interplan International of Taiwan with three golds
In addition, BI Worldwide, FreemanXP, Jack Morton Worldwide and Uniplan all won single gold awards.
