Reporting to JWT Hong Kong's general manager, Dennis Lam, Wong brings to the agency more than 14 years of experience in Singapore and London.

Cheil's Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore appointed Wong in December 2012. He joined Cheil from Nokia UK, where he was leading global digital campaigns to penetrate the youth market in key territories. During his 11-year career at Nokia, Wong made several major changes, such as launching a new sub-brand called 'Nokia Asha'.

“Howell is a seasoned digital guru, and is definitely a major asset for JWT Hong Kong,” said Lam.

Wong, who has an engineering background, holds an executive MBA from Imperial College in London and helped establish two ecommerce startups before moving into marketing roles.
