As part of the changes, Rosalynn Tay, CEO of Dentsu Singapore, will take on the newly created role of CEO for Dentsu Aegis Network Singapore. As a result of the move, Audrey Kuah, previously CEO for Aegis Media Singapore, will move into a new role as chief client officer for Dentsu Aegis Network Southeast Asia, where she'll be tasked with developing non-Japanese clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Meanwhile Dentsu Mobius’ James Hawkins has been appointed president of Dentsu’s digital capabilities for Dentsu Aegis Network South and Southeast Asia.

Tay and Kuah will both report into Dick van Motman, chairman and CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Southeast Asia.

In a press release, Dentsu Aegis Network said the restructure was to "further enhance the network's capabilities and to capitalize on its unique operating model of one P&L per country."

In her new role Tay, who joined the agency in June 2013, will continue to lead the operations for Dentsu Singapore.

Hawkins, who featured in Campaign Asia-Pacific's 40 Under 40 last year, founded digital and social media agency Möbius just over two years ago. In his new role, he will continue to lead Dentsu Mobius and now has the added responsibilities of strengthening and growing Dentsu’s digital capabilities in South and Southeast Asia.

Commenting on the Tay's appointments, Motman said: "Her management capabilities to transform the business have earned her trust and recognition in the industry, and I am confident that she will excel in her new role.”

He added: "The same goes for James Hawkins who has delivered an outstanding record at Möbius for the past two years."
