Fluid beats Publicis in multi-agency pitch to spearhead HK investment campaign
HONG KONG - Local independent creative agency Fluid has won a four-way pitch against Publicis, One Advertising and Living Group to undertake an advertising campaign for InvestHK, the government body promoting foreign direct investment.
