Airbnb 'travels the world' with new Singapore office

Airbnb recently launched its new office in Singapore, a three-storey space where "startup culture meets creative design." Each room mirrors a real-life Airbnb accommodation around the globe, and is brought to life by staff who took the lead in the creative plan, sourcing of materials and setup. Local architecture practice, FARM, was commissioned to design the space, based both on their creative ideas, as well as their long-term engagement with the Singapore design community. According to the company, because of those country and listing-themed rooms, spending a work day in the new Airbnb office is almost akin to globe-trotting, where staff get to ‘travel the world within minutes’.
