Section announces business wins from Aalto EE, Lee Hwa Jewellery

SINGAPORE - Independent agency Section has announced two business wins, from Aalto Executive Education (Aalto EE) and Lee Hwa Jewellery.

Section announces business wins from Aalto EE, Lee Hwa Jewellery

The Aalto EE pitch was called in February and included three other agencies. The final decision was made in December. The annual contract is a regional account that covers South Korea, Taiwan, China and Indonesia.

Aalto EE is a global partner in executive development services, operating in Finland, Singapore, Poland, Sweden, Taiwan, China, Indonesia and Russia.

Gladys Lee, marketing and communications manager, Asia-Pacific at Aalto, said the appointment was influenced by its belief that the future of business is closely tied to digitisation.

Section will be working on its website, aligning with the brand’s direction and driving more leads.

Lee Hwa Jewellery, meanwhile, handed its digital account to Section in December. It is a one-year account, with an option to extend. The agency is working on digital revamp campaigns for the brand as it is concentrating on its repositioning online this year.

Eugene Boey, art director at Section, said the biggest challenge from the brief is to craft a suitable image for the brand online.

“The second challenge is to manage the technology used in the site, making it sleek and modern, yet compatible across browsers and mobile devices, as we are a mobile-first company,” he added.
