Prior to joining BT in Hong Kong, Kayanagh (pictured) held a marketing communications role at Microsoft in Denmark.

Kayanagh replaces Jay Frame who resigned from the company. In her new role, she reports to Richard Wright, director of corporate communications and public relations.

She will be responsible for all of BTs internal communications across the region, as well as managing the internal communications globally around BTs recently announced Asia expansion programme.

In the region BT uses Bing as its marketing and communications partner along with other PR agencies on a project basis.
