Mohan Clothing India picks Vizeum as media AOR for Blackberrys

Nikhil Mohan, managing director of Mohan Clothing has confirmed the news and said the decision was due to the energy and passion shown by Vizeum.

Vizeum’s managing director of Indian sub-continent S Yesudas added that the business will be handled by the Delhi office.

Media Direction is the incumbent agency for Blackberrys. The apparel company did not hold an official pitch, but finalised the decision after a round of briefing exercises. The first work is expected in September.

The industry estimate on the media business is approximately US$2 million. Vizeum is charged to capture market share and invest in customer intimacy. It will handle communication delivery solutions across all media platforms.

Blackberrys is a formal clothing line in India, targeting young Indian male adults. The brand is known for its quality trousers, suites and jackets, and more recently also shirts and accessories.

The brand is distributed in about 800 up-scale retail outlets and 100 company owned showrooms across India.
