Hong Kong Jockey Club Website Revamp
Hong Kong Jockey Club has four business pillars: charity, membership, racing and football betting. The organization asked for a clearer distinction amongst them while maintaining the overall brand identity and its values. As for the customer experience, we were asked to create a fresh, sports-focused look and enhance usability of the HKJC.
Planning & Execution
The work involved information architecture revision, content and screen flow definition, revitalizing online branding and visual framework design, website design and production and content management system integration, all requiring the highest level of project management and development standards.
This project follows a life-cycle development approach, undergoing an ongoing process to improve design, functionality, performance and content.
Effectiveness / Results
Since its Relaunch the website has been awarded the Silver Award at OCGIO Web Accessibility Awards 2012/2013.
