Hysan Place is the pioneer for a new generation of malls that offer digital solutions as a differentiating factor to make familiar experiences feel special. Incorporating online, social media, mobile and digital wayfinding kiosks, Designercity uses technology to enhance ones shopping and dining experience. The website smoothly connects to each section – presenting blogs, promotions, happenings and shopping and dining listings. There are two wayfinding kiosks; a retail and an F&B kiosk near the ‘KITCHEN eleven’ restaurant area. They also provide tourist information. And there’s a mobile app to follow, keeping shoppers connected always.
Effectiveness / Results
Hysan Place’ Facebook page attracted 10,000+ ‘Likes’ in its first week of launch. The official website has been awarded Shopping Standard of Excellence of Web Marketing Association’s WebAward 2013.
