Jumbo Seafood Social Media Management

With a wide array of food choices available in the Korean market, JUMBO Seafood sought to enhance its brand presence, expand its influence among target customers, and boost offline store visits. To maximize impact in Korea, we implemented a diverse mix of content, advertising, and KOL marketing across local platforms such as Naver, Kakao, and Instagram. These efforts emphasized the brand’s signature seafood dishes and distinctive tone, specifically tailored to appeal to Korean consumers.

Planning & Execution

In managing the official accounts, we oversaw JUMBO Seafood's channels on Naver, Kakao, and Instagram, ensuring consistent content creation and brand tone tailored to each platform's features. On Instagram and Naver Blog, we incorporated engaging KOL-driven content (total 59 posts) alongside interactive campaigns such as giveaways and quizzes, which proved highly effective in boosting brand awareness, user engagement, and follower growth on Instagram.

In addition, we strategically executed a multi-channel ad campaign spanning Instagram ads, Naver Place ads, and display banners to drive awareness and engagement for JUMBO Seafood. Each channel was optimized with a specific purpose—Instagram for follower growth, Naver for local search conversion, and display ads for visual appeal—resulting in strong performance across all platforms.

Effectiveness / Results

KOL Campaign drove 83K+ views and 13K+ engagements, while social ads achieved 7M+ impressions and 13K+ clicks.
