yuu Rewards Club
In July 2020, Dairy Farm Group launched Hong Kong’s biggest customer rewards club app ever. The yuu universe is a digital-first initiative that unites some of Hong Kong’s most loved brands, driving even greater value for shoppers. Tag was tasked with bringing yuu to life across over 2000 shopping and dining locations, making it one of the biggest campaign launches ever seen in Hong Kong. The campaign was rolled out across some of Hong Kong’s most well-known locations including Wellcome, Mannings, 7-Eleven, IKEA, KFC and Pizza Hut.
Planning & Execution
Tag delivered full end-to-end campaign production for the launch, support master asset design, artwork adaptation, digital animation, POSM design, colour management, print management, merchandise sourcing and campaign activation and installation. Through this campaign, we also partnered with Hang Seng Bank to roll out a new Hang Seng yuu enjoy credit card to accompany the launch of the Rewards Club.
Effectiveness / Results
The successful launch of the campaign received coverage in some of the region and industry’s most notable publications including Campaign Asia, South China Morning Post, The Standard and Time Out.
Tag produced 19,795,538 pieces of POSM collateral, 196 versions of POSM designs and adaptations and campaign assets for 1,950 stores.
