Beauty Hub – Content Hub; MANIfesto – Content Hub
As a part of Unilever’s global, purposeful 'Positive Beauty' change-leading initiative, Unilever Philippines wanted to challenge beauty stereotypes and create a world where everyone is seen and celebrated no matter their colour, size, age, or orientation. Green Park Content was tasked to build an online portal that meets the diverse beauty needs and search queries of Filipinas through informative beauty advice and content. Whilst the first market is Philippines, BeautyHub and MANifesto sites may also be extended to other markets, powered by data-driven insights.
Planning & Execution
Green Park Content created BeautyHub PH, a content hub that shines a light on every skin and shape with inspirational and educational articles featuring 19 Beauty and Personal Care brands under Unilever. Green Park Content established a full editorial team headed by a Managing Editor together with seasoned beauty writers, influencers, everyday beauty experts and a senior editor as well as SEO support from our search and innovation team. Green Park Content also built MANifesto.PH, an online publication that provides grooming and aesthetic advice for men to answer the market’s increasing demand for male personal care. Both hubs offer inspiration, tips, how to tutorials and general advice presented in a fun, informative and accessible format.
Both BeautyHub PH and MANifesto.PH represent a progressive and strategic move by Unilever towards brand publishing using SEO-driven content to capture the estimated 70 million beauty and personal care searches in the Philippines. These destinations are designed to deliver a strong organic audience with increased discoverability through powerful SEO strategies, high authority and more engaging storytelling that Unilever’s audiences would love to return to time and time again
Effectiveness / Results
After a very widely acclaimed content hub launch and roll-out of the Beauty Hub in May 2021, performance results and data insights will be available later this year.
