Creating Connections for Hormel China
Hormel sells food under many brands, including the Herdez, Skippy, Spam and many others. In the past, Hormel’s website was difficult to navigate. It was not easy for users to find the information they need. The site also was not search engine-optimized. Though responsive design was applied, it wasn’t supported well on mobile devices. To stay current with customers and provide a good online experience, Hormel engaged Epsilon to restructure their website.
Planning & Execution
Epsilon completely revamped Hormel China’s website. From user experience design to search engine optimization planning, Epsilon focused on developing a logical site architecture that is information-rich and user-friendly. Epsilon redesigned the website with an engaging visual interface, added features and refined flows that entice users to browse and explore. The new site is social media sharing-enabled, and users can post and share recipes easily.

Epsilon equipped Hormel China with a robust new website that works well with search engines and is consistent with Hormel’s global brand style. The website is also integrated with Hormel China’s social media to enables further customer engagements, both on mobile and PC.
