Kwek's former responsibilities will be handled by global CFO Marc-Antoine de Roys for the time being after her relocation.

She will now lead Tenthavenue China’s trading and investment management in outdoor, mobile and digital media, as well as oversee the company’s trading strategy and vendor relationship management for agencies including Kinetic, Joule and Forward.

Kwek assumed her Singapore-based COO role in 2012. Prior to that, her operational experience in the mainland market included four years as COO of GroupM China and eight months as CFO.

"Claudine’s appointment reflects the significance of the China market to Tenthavenue’s global strategy," commented global CEO Rupert Day. "We will continue to increase our investment in China, especially in talent and product development.”
